Work With Me

I only work with a small number of clients at a time so I can devote a significant amount of time into you, your business and our relationship.  In addition, I practice what I preach, and stay in balance with the other aspects of my life devoting significant amounts of time to my young kids, coaching their sports teams and maintaining my health and well being.   By keeping my client base limited, I can also dive deeper into your business with you.

I strive to spend much of our meeting times in person, including going onsite to your business to see first hand your operation, people and systems. There is no substitute to rolling up your sleeves and understanding how things work and how people interact.

I only work with clients who can commit to a minimum of 6-month engagement, however it is likely when we have the right chemistry, our engagement will last years. At various periods of time you may need me to help develop some of your partners or senior leadership team. My onsite involvement early on lays a groundwork for these future development scenarios.

I offer several different plans, but in general all will consist of a weekly meetup with at least one onsite visit to your location with more if possible. One of our monthly meetings you will join me for a workout at one of my F45 gyms or at my house with use of my holistic center which consists of a: gym, pool, sauna, and ice-plunge to name few. After we workout we will brunch and discuss weekly priorities. 75% of our time will be dedicated to the business side of things with 25% minimum focused on health, fitness, diet, and overall wellness.

In addition to this monthly structure, I offer quarterly or semi-annual planning sessions that will be more extensive and usually take an entire day or two. These will include your top management team and other advisors, if you don’t already have a board meeting structure in place. If you do have a board structure in place, then I will attend your board meetings but still offer assistance on the planning portions.

For those that are in earlier stages of your entrepreneurial journey and are looking to create your company and/or need help getting your pitch deck and seed funding round together, I also offer incubator services.
